AcroBabyKids is built on the original baby gymnastics method developed by Vello Vaher, who has been pioneering children's acrobatics and physical development since 1986 — nearly 40 years of hands-on experience. The Vaher family has turned this proven methodology into a program that any family can follow at home.

"My kids (ages 3 and 5) actually ASK to exercise now! We started with the warm-up videos and within two weeks moved to acrobatics. It's become our favorite morning routine — 15 minutes that set the tone for the whole day."
"As a dad, I wasn't sure how to play actively with my 18-month-old. The dad exercises section gave me so many ideas! Now our evening play sessions are the highlight of my day. My son's balance and confidence have noticeably improved."
"I'm a PE teacher and I can tell the exercises are designed with real expertise. Every movement is age-appropriate and safe. My three kids (2, 4, and 6) each found their level. The achievement system keeps them motivated every single day!"

Every exercise is designed with safety in mind. Here are our golden rules.
Every exercise must be done with a parent present. You know your child best — trust your instincts and stop if anything feels off.
Use a soft mat or carpet. Clear the area of sharp objects and furniture edges. Make sure there is enough space for movement.
If your child has any health conditions, injuries, or developmental concerns, please consult with your pediatrician before starting any exercise program.
